How to play it on GeForce NOW

The official 1.0.11 notes say How to Fish is playable through GeForce NOW. They do not say which regions, which membership tier, or which store version.

  1. Install the GeForce NOW app or open the web version, and sign in with your NVIDIA account.
  2. Link your Steam account in the session. The game itself is still a paid Steam title.
  3. Search How to Fish in the GeForce NOW library.
  4. If it does not show up, check the regional library and your membership tier. Players were still reporting they could not see the game on NVIDIA’s own forums in September, so do not assume every region and every hour works.
  5. Think about your save before starting a cloud session: since 1.0.12 saves go through Steam Cloud, so finish the upload on your original device first.

GeForce NOW is not a console version, and it does not change what you own on Steam. You still need the Steam copy; the cloud service only runs it for you.

Is there a mobile version

No.

The platform list on the Steam store page ticks Windows only. The announcements, the Discord and the store page have never mentioned Android, iOS or tablet versions.

You will find players asking whether a phone version is coming. The developer has never answered with a concrete plan, so this site does not list mobile as “planned”.

If all you want on your phone is fish locations, boss triggers and save fixes, just read this site. No client needed.

Is it coming to PS5 or Xbox

Dazed Games has confirmed one sentence: console / Mac is planned.

No date, and no PlayStation or Xbox by name. So “console planned” must not be read as “PS5 and Xbox confirmed”.

Steam’s Full Controller Support tag describes input in the Windows build. It does not mean a console release shipped.

Check before you buy

  1. Open the official Steam listing and confirm App ID 4001890.
  2. Check your region’s checkout price and any active discount.
  3. Read the Dazed Games FAQ for future platforms.
  4. For platform status see Patch 1.0.11; for cloud saves see Patch 1.0.12.

Console, Mac and mobile have no official date. This page will not estimate one from store rumours or a controller-support label.
